1. Nature of Service Delivery

Our services are non-physical consulting services delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

Delivery includes:

  • One-on-one book-writing consulting sessions

  • Guidance, feedback, and strategic inputs

  • Session links, schedules, and supporting digital materials (if any)


2. Mode of Delivery

  • All sessions are delivered online via video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom / Google Meet or equivalent).

  • Session details, access links, and schedules are shared via email or official communication channels.


3. Delivery Timeline

  • Access to the service and scheduling information is provided within 24–48 hours after successful payment confirmation.

  • The full consulting program consists of 12 scheduled sessions, conducted as per mutually agreed timelines.


4. No Physical Shipping

  • As this is a digital consulting service, no physical shipping or courier delivery is involved.

  • Shipping charges are not applicable.


5. Delays in Delivery

  • Any delay caused by unforeseen circumstances (technical issues, connectivity problems, force majeure events) will be communicated in advance.

  • Such delays do not qualify for refunds, unless explicitly covered under the Refund Policy.


6. Client Responsibility

  • The client is responsible for:

    • Providing a valid email address and contact details

    • Ensuring stable internet connectivity for sessions

    • Attending sessions at the scheduled time

Failure to do so will not be considered a delivery failure.


7. Confirmation of Delivery

  • Delivery is deemed complete once:

    • Session access is provided, and

    • Sessions are conducted or made available as scheduled


8. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing the consulting service, the client agrees to this Shipping & Delivery Policy along with the Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy.
