1. Nature of Service
This is a consulting and advisory service for book writing, consisting of 12 structured one-on-one sessions. The service involves intellectual input, time allocation, and customized guidance based on the client’s progress.
2. Cancellation Policy

A client may cancel the service before attending the 2nd session.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or the official communication channel.
3. Refund Policy

100% Refund Eligibility

A full refund (100%) is available only if the cancellation request is made before the completion of the 2nd session.

No Refund After 3rd Session

Once the 3rd session has been conducted or scheduled, no refunds will be issued, under any circumstances.

This is due to the irreversible nature of time, expertise, and intellectual contribution already delivered.

Partial Attendance

Attendance of any part of a session is considered a completed session.

4. Replacement / Rescheduling Policy

If the client is unable to attend a scheduled session, one reschedule per session may be allowed, subject to availability.

Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Failure to attend without prior notice will be treated as a session consumed.

No replacement or transfer of sessions to another individual is permitted.
5. Force Majeure
No refunds or replacements will be provided for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, system outages, illness, or government restrictions.
6. Acceptance of Policy
By enrolling in the consulting service, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy.
