1. Nature of Service Delivery
Our services are non-physical consulting services delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
Delivery includes:

Session links, schedules, and supporting digital materials (if any)
2. Mode of Delivery

All sessions are delivered online via video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom / Google Meet or equivalent).

Session details, access links, and schedules are shared via email or official communication channels.
3. Delivery Timeline

Access to the service and scheduling information is provided within 24–48 hours after successful payment confirmation.

The full consulting program consists of 12 scheduled sessions, conducted as per mutually agreed timelines.
4. No Physical Shipping

As this is a digital consulting service, no physical shipping or courier delivery is involved.

Shipping charges are not applicable.
5. Delays in Delivery

Any delay caused by unforeseen circumstances (technical issues, connectivity problems, force majeure events) will be communicated in advance.

Such delays do not qualify for refunds, unless explicitly covered under the Refund Policy.
6. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for:

Providing a valid email address and contact details

Ensuring stable internet connectivity for sessions

Attending sessions at the scheduled time

Failure to do so will not be considered a delivery failure.
7. Confirmation of Delivery

Delivery is deemed complete once:

Sessions are conducted or made available as scheduled

8. Policy Acceptance
By purchasing the consulting service, the client agrees to this Shipping & Delivery Policy along with the Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy.
